You will not only expand your technical knowledge but also further develop your personal competencies. Continue your education. In practice-oriented, small groups, you will learn the art of business process analysis, derive requirements, and translate them into business and IT concepts. These skills are essential to create a solid working foundation for all participants in future projects.
Deepen your understanding of agile methods. You are familiar with terms like Design Thinking and agile working models, but lack practical experience? With us, you’ll catch up and earn official certifications as a Scrum Master and Agile Requirements Specialist.

Qualifications
What We Expect from You
- You have successfully completed a degree in IT or Business (with good grades).
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in the field of requirements analysis.
- Your ability to think analytically and conceptually, as well as your quick comprehension, sets you apart from others.
- You value direct contact with our clients and are willing to travel occasionally.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
