Your Role at SAPERE Partners
In your position as an SAP Delivery Lead, you play a pivotal role in assisting leading companies in updating their SAP systems and driving digital transformation. Your focus is on modern, cloud-based application architectures with SAP S/4 Hana. You manage and oversee SAP projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget, meeting customer expectations.

Consulting for top-tier companies: As an SAP Delivery Lead, you advise your clients’ executives on the benefits of flexible IT delivery models, modern IT infrastructures, and innovative (cloud) technologies. Tailored expertise for your projects: You draw on experts from all business areas of SAPERE Partners, utilize our global Centers of Excellence, and integrate technology partners from our network of alliances as needed.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications for SAPERE Partners
- Approximately 7 years of experience leading large SAP projects, ideally in roles such as Project Manager or Program Director.
- Extensive knowledge in creating S/4HANA-based roadmaps for modern, cloud-based application architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of agile project management methods.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
