Qualifications
- Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field with at least 2 years of professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and experience with cloud-based SAP HR solutions.
- Strong communication skills in German/French and English.
- Willingness to travel.
- High problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
