Your Responsibilities
- Optimize Agile Methods: Continuously enhance the agile approaches within your team and for our clients. Capture and visualize KPIs to boost team performance and the customer benefit of product development.
- Share Your Expertise: As our future SAP Agile specialist, share your expertise in workshops with clients and colleagues, coaching development teams on Scrum, Kanban, and agile principles.
- Take Responsibility in Ongoing Projects: Ensure efficient information flow and flexible project work during the analysis and implementation of agile projects.
Qualifications
We’re looking for:
- A degree in IT or a comparable education, along with at least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in SAP environments.
- Experience in development, customizing, or as a Key User in SAP environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of agile methods and frameworks like Kanban and SAFe.
- Strong communication skills in German or French and English.
- High problem-solving ability and customer orientation.
