With a specific focus on SAP data migration capabilities that can be applied across industries, this role will:

  • Act as a consultant, supporting our client accounts and project teams throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Bring in-depth technological expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Develop and deploy master data solutions that leverage the new SAP digital platform.

What You Can Expect:

  • Client Support: Assist clients with their challenges related to SAP data migration and data quality.
  • Strategy Development: Help clients develop business strategies for data in the context of digital transformation journeys.
  • Migration: Support with the master data and transaction elements of their SAP S/4HANA migration journeys.
  • Data Quality: Assist clients with data quality challenges and in profiling and cleansing activities.
  • Client Interaction: Play a pivotal role in client engagement, translating client requirements into solutions.
  • Solution Delivery: Actively participate in solution delivery, maintaining a value-based functional business focus.
  • Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with other SAPERE Partners teams to identify sales opportunities and build a successful practice.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge in the area of SAP data management and experience in supporting clients throughout the entire data migration lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of Extraction/Transformation/Load (ETL) tools, especially SAP Data Services or Syniti ADM. Familiarity with Informatica or IBM DataStage is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to assist clients with data migration and quality issues, define a data migration strategy and tool recommendations in collaboration with the client, and develop data quality solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into solution definitions while adhering to best practices in data management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the implications of functional and technical concepts to a senior, non-technical audience.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client and other internal groups within SAPERE Partners.
  • A completed Bachelor’s degree.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Confidence in presenting challenging viewpoints to clients.
  • Experience in supporting clients with MDG models.
  • Experience in structuring activities that leverage a team’s strengths and offer growth opportunities to others.
  • Experience as a team player in complex engagements, quick adaptability, and supporting others through changes.
