Your Role

• You will work closely with cross-functional Scrum Teams and organizational stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
• You will contribute your experience, fresh ideas, and creative thinking to help evolve their practices positively.

Responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master, you focus on guiding the team towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
• You facilitate Scrum events, discussions, and decision-making processes.
• You assist the product owner(s) in maintaining a healthy and well-ordered product backlog.
• You improve transparency and maintain relevant metrics that help the team gauge their performance.
• You actively engage in removing impediments and coordinate between your team and third parties.
• You train and coach stakeholders and middle management to embrace and enable agility.
